Erectile dysfunction medications seized in Glengormley

Large quantities of have been taken by Department of Health authorities during a search of a house in Glengormley.
A man was interviewed by department officers about illegally importing and subsequently supplying unlicensed impotence medications through the web.
The 47-year-old was likewise questioned about other medication offences.
He will now be the topic of a report to the Public Prosecution Service.
The search was performed by the department's Medicines Regulatory Group.
Its senior enforcement workplace, Peter Moore, stated: "It is important that we get the message across that unlicensed medications can be dangerous.
"These types of products being offered, generally online, have actually gone through no quality control and there can be no assurance about their safety.
"You simply do not know what you are taking or the conditions these products were made in. More significantly, you do not understand the result drugs like this may have on your health."
